By booking or participating in any service, session, course, workshop or program offered by Galactic Ascent, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All services are offered with the understanding that:

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions and actions.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through the official Galactic Ascent booking system or authorised platforms.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified.

• By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any session specific terms displayed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms vary depending on the type of service booked.

• One on One Sessions and Packages are subject to the Session & Package Terms outlined on the relevant booking page.

• Workshops, courses and events are subject to the specific terms outlined on the event or course page at the time of booking.

Please ensure you review the applicable terms before completing your booking.

4. Packages & Programs

Where services are offered as packages or journeys:

• Packages are intended to be used as a cohesive process.

• Sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

• Packages are non transferable and non refundable once commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Galactic Ascent.

5. Workshops, Courses & Events

For workshops, courses and events:

• Deposits (where applicable) are non refundable.

• Refunds or transfers may be offered according to the specific terms provided for each event.

• Galactic Ascent reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event if required. In this case, participants will be offered a refund or transfer.

All services provided by Galactic Ascent are offered for personal development and educational purposes only.

• No information provided is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition.

• You agree to continue following the advice of qualified medical or mental health professionals where applicable.

• Galactic Ascent does not recommend discontinuing any prescribed treatment unless advised by a qualified practitioner.
