I guide soul-aligned women through periods of confusion, transition and inner recalibration, helping them regain clarity, direction and trust in themselves.

My work is grounded, integrative and intuitive. I specialise in helping people make sense of their inner world, particularly when spiritual awareness, sensitivity or non-ordinary experiences feel overwhelming or difficult to integrate into everyday life.

I don’t believe people need fixing.
I believe they need orientation.

I bridge the mystical with the practical. This means supporting clarity and grounding first, and exploring deeper spiritual or multidimensional experiences only where it is relevant, supportive and aligned.

• identifying inherent gifts in a practical, grounded way

• restoring self-trust and inner authority

• creating real movement forward in life

 

This work is about integration, not escape.

A little of my story

My own path deepened significantly in 2013 through a period often described as a “dark night of the soul.” What emerged from that time was not just spiritual awakening, but a profound reorientation of how I understood myself, my experiences and my place in the world.

​

Through this process, I found clarity, responsibility and permission to live from my own inner truth. My spiritual gifts no longer felt confusing or separate from everyday life, but integrated and embodied.

​

That lived experience is the foundation of my work.

Starseed and multidimensional awareness

My work includes galactic and multidimensional perspectives that support a more profound understanding without bypassing the human experience.

​

For some clients, this includes:

• memories or awareness beyond this lifetime

• astral or dream experiences

• heightened sensitivity or intuitive perception

• a sense of not fully belonging on Earth

These experiences are approached carefully and responsibly, with an emphasis on grounding, nervous system stability and integration into a human life.

Starseed awareness is not treated as an identity to adopt, but as a framework that may support understanding where appropriate.

I am a certified Theta Healing Instructor and Practitioner, with additional qualifications in Diamond Light Numerology, Diamond Light Activations, Akashic Records and Rahanni Celestial Healing.

While these modalities inform my work, they are not offered as separate services. I draw on what is most supportive in service of clarity, integration and conscious change.
