Cancellation Policy
Session & Package Terms Booking & Payment All sessions and packages are booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system. By booking, you are agreeing to these session terms and the full Terms & Conditions on this website. One on One Clarity Sessions (Single Session) Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled or refunded (less a 20% administration fee). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Missed sessions without notice are not refundable. The Spiritual Reset Journey (3 or 6 Session Packages) Package sessions are to be used within 6 months of the first session unless otherwise agreed. Package payments are non-refundable once the journey has commenced. Individual sessions within a package may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used. Packages are not transferable to another person. These packages are offered as a cohesive process. Consistency and commitment are part of the work. General Notes This work is intuitive and integrative in nature and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions throughout the process.
