Clear limiting beliefs through the Theta Healing Method

Limiting beliefs are seen as energetic programs—often rooted in the subconscious—that influence our reality. These can be inherited, absorbed, or created from personal experiences. To clear a limiting belief, you enter a Theta brainwave state, which is a deeply relaxed, meditative frequency associated with healing and intuitive access.


Here’s a simplified version of the belief clearing process: 

  1. Identify the Core Belief One of the simplest ways to uncover a core belief is to ask yourself: “What’s the worst thing that could happen if this were true?” Keep asking this question—digging deeper each time—until you reach the most painful or limiting conclusion. Then notice what that final answer says about you. 

This is often where the true core belief sits. 

You can use muscle testing (applied kinesiology) or tune into your intuitive guidance to confirm what’s really blocking you. Core beliefs are usually short, definitive statements. For example: “I’m worthy of love – no.” 


👉 Tip: Try to avoid using the word “not” in your phrasing. Instead of “I’m not safe,” test for “I am safe – no.” This helps the subconscious give you a clearer, more direct response. 


  1. Enter the Theta State Through meditation or a guided method, shift your brainwaves into the Theta frequency. This is often done by visualising yourself connecting with Divine Source energy through the crown chakra and going up past the universe into pure white light. 

  2. Clear the Belief From this Theta state, command the Creator (or Source) to release the limiting belief. For example: “Creator of All That Is, it is commanded to pull and resolve the belief that “I’m worthy of love – no", on all levels and in all languages, and to replace it with the understanding and feeling of being worthy of unconditional love. Thank you. It is done, it is done, it is done.” 

  3. Witness the Change In Theta Healing, witnessing is key. You visualise the belief being pulled from the body, the DNA, or wherever it's stored, then see the new belief or feeling being downloaded in its place. 

  4. Download the Positive Belief or Feeling After clearing the limiting belief, install a new one—along with the energy and emotional understanding needed to fully hold it. For instance: “I know how it feels to receive love. I know I am safe, supported, and worthy of love. I know how to live my life with this truth.” 

  5. Check Again with Muscle Testing Once the clearing and downloads are complete, re-test to confirm the belief has shifted.
