Theta Healing & applied kinesiology technique

Muscle testing, also known as applied kinesiology, is a way to bypass the conscious mind and get direct feedback from your subconscious. It’s one of the fastest tools for uncovering what you truly believe beneath the surface.

In Theta Healing, it’s used to check for core limiting beliefs, test the effectiveness of downloads, and track energetic shifts.


How to Muscle Test Yourself:

  1. Hydrate and Centre Your Energy Drink water and take a moment to ground. Being dehydrated or scattered can affect your results. A few deep breaths or placing your hand on your heart helps bring your awareness into the body.

  2. Stand Upright and Neutral Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed at your sides. Say a neutral statement aloud: “My name is [your name]” and notice how your body moves. Typically:

    • Leaning forward = YES (truth)

    • Leaning backward = NO (falsehood or resistance)

  3. Test the Belief Say the belief you want to check, for example:“I am worthy of love.”If your body leans backward, it’s likely your subconscious does not hold that belief as true.

  4. Keep Your Language Clear Avoid using the word “not” in your statements. Instead of “I’m not safe,” test “I am safe.” Negative phrasing can confuse the subconscious and skew your results.

  5. Confirm with Repetition Run the test a few times to confirm consistency. If you’re unsure, try testing a few unrelated “yes” or “no” statements to re-centre.


    Tip: Muscle testing can be used to check foods, people, decisions, and energetic alignments—once mastered, it becomes a reliable guidance tool.
